Turning his house into a squid playground, this teenager is ready to spend IDR 283 million : Okezone Travel

A The teenager shared a video on the Tiktok platform, which shows decorating his house by playing scenes from Korean dramas squid game, complete with gruesome soundtrack to Halloween season snaps, has gone viral on social media.

Justin Holt, who is a high school student and tech geek in Manchester, New Hampshire, has transformed his home and front yard to feature a creepy robot girl looking around.

The scene plays a scary version of red light and green light, just like the one in the drama.

Seen in the video, the robot girl guards Squid Game, lit up in the window. The screen first shows a green light and then quickly rotates the head of the screen and turns into a red light.

Then shouted ‘Red light!’ just before the white light flashes with a gunshot.

“We don’t usually do Halloween shows, but I saw the Squid Game about two weeks ago and loved it,” Holt said, quoting Nypost.

“It’s actually quite simple to do. It’s just that it costs a lot of money.”

Holt added that he spent USD 20,000 or more than IDR 283 million.

Most of the bill is borne by the Holt family, who have been putting on an elaborate light show since 2005, at their former home in Texas.

However, thanks to Holt’s success and his 1.2 million followers on his social media, he has made a lot of money.

“I didn’t plan on going viral, but now I have. Tiktok trends are becoming a big part of posting creation. I’m very well known for it now and our home is known as TikTok House,” Holt said.

Although the current Halloween Squid Game setting is very intense, Holt tends to get away and prefers to have fun during his Christmas vacation.
