Update: On Sunday, New York State Police responded to assist US Customs and Border Protection with a car fleeing east on I-90 from the Niagara Falls border . The silver Mercedes Benz entered New York via the Peace Bridge, after failing to stop at US customs, and was reported stolen outside of Canada.
