MEET CANADIAN FAMILIES AND CELEBRITIES COMPETING ON FAMILY FEUD CANADA THIS FALL ON CBC

Hosted by Gerry Dee, new episodes of FAMILY FEUD CANADA (104×30) debut Monday, September 12, kicking off the season with two new Celebrity Special episodes

Celebrity Special games will see fan favorites from THE GREAT CANADIAN BAKING SHOW take on the stars of HEARTLAND, and DRAGONS’ DEN will take on the cast of STRAYS to support the charity of their choice

Radio Canada features some of the Canadian families who will be participating in the upcoming season of FAMILY FIRE CANADAfirst monday september 12 with two new Celebrity Special episodes. Hosted by Gerry Deethe fourth season will feature 104 new episodes and will air four nights a week (Monday through Thursday) on 7:30 p.m. (8 ET) on Radio-Canada and Gem of Radio-Canada.

Filmed in front of a live audience at the CBC Broadcasting Center in Toronto, FAMILY FEUD CANADA invites families from coast to coast to compete to guess the best answers to poll questions, with a uniquely Canadian twist, to run the chance to raise up to $30,000 per family. Celebrity Special episodes are played for a Canadian charity of each team’s choice.

FAMILY FEUD CANADA’s special celebrity lineup this fall is:

  • THE GREAT CANADIAN PASTRY SHOW versus HEARTLAND Airs Monday, September 12 at 7:30 p.m. (8 ET) on CBC and CBC Gem
    – The GREAT CANADIAN PASTRY SHOW the team consists of hosts Alan Shane Lewis and Anne Porneljudge Kyla Kennaley, and former bakers Colin Asuncion and Raufikat Oyawoye-Salami play for charity water first. Season 6 of THE GREAT CANADIAN BAKING SHOW premieres Oct. 2 at 8 p.m. (8:30 a.m. NT) on CBC.
    – Crew HEART castmates features Amber Marshall, Michael Morgan, Chris Potter, Michelle Nolden and Drew Davisplaying for the Alberta Wild Horse Society charity. Season 16 of HEARTLAND airs October 2 on CBC.
  • STRYS vs. DRAGONS’ DENAirs Tuesday, September 13 at 7:30 p.m. (8 ET) on CBC and CBC Gem
    – Crew LOST is made of Nicole Power, Tina Jung, Nikki Duval, Kevin Vidal and Denis Andres play for the Humane Society of Toronto. Season 2 of STRYS airs September 13 at 8:30 p.m. (9 a.m. NT) on CBC.
    THE DRAGON’S LAUNDRY returns to studio FAMILY FEUD CANADA for a redemption shot, with teammates Robert Herjavec, Arlene Dickinson, Manjit Minhas, Jim Treliving and Michele Romanow play for the Calgary Food Bank. Season 17 of DRAGONS’ DEN airs Sept. 15 at 8 p.m. (8:30 a.m. NT) on CBC.


Below is a sampling of the families expected to appear on FAMILY FEUD CANADA this fall:

  • THE CAMERON FAMILY (Kitchener, Ont.) – The Cameron family is led by their team captain Jim, a longtime Elvis impersonator who is joined by his son Scott and granddaughters Mandy, Lisa and Mellissa.
  • THE CARUANA FAMILY (Longueuil, QC) – The Caruanas have operated their family pizzeria in Longueuil for over 60 years, their grandparents opening it in the 1950s when they moved from Italy to Canada.
  • THE DUNN FAMILY (Morell, Prince Edward Island) – The Dunn family is a team of five siblings from a large family of nine siblings. They have a long family history in the small town of Morell.
  • THE ELSERI-EL FATEH FAMILY (AbbotsfordA B) – The Elseri-El Fateh family consists of Captain Adel, his wife Abby, his sister Yafa, his brother-in-law Firass, and Firass’ brother Eiad. They are die-hard Edmonton sports fans who would like to use the potential prize money to take their mother to Lebanon to visit family.
  • THE GAGLIARDI FAMILY (Niagara Falls, ON) – The Gagliardis love to prank and have identical twins Joe and Pete on the team who claim they can feel each other’s pain.
  • THE INSERRA FAMILY (Woodbridge, ON) – The Inserra family is a team of cousins ​​(Captain Daniela and her cousins ​​Maria, Letizia, Alessandra and Stefania) who come from an even bigger family of 22 first cousins.
  • THE JONAS FAMILY (Toronto, Ont.) – The Jonas family is made up of Captain Nicole, her cousin Brittany, her uncle Mark, and her aunts Kim and Jillian. Captain Nicole is a proud “sports mom,” with a son who is a professional gymnast and dances with “Lil Ballas” of the Junior Raptors.
  • THE MADDOX FAMILY (Bay Bulls, NL) -The Maddox family loves to celebrate their Irish roots and are proud to be from the Irish loop of Newfoundland. Captain Miranda will star alongside husband Kirk, sister Jessica, mother Jennifer and brother-in-law Shawn.
  • THE MALCOLM FAMILY (Brampton, ON) – The Malcolm family is made up of siblings JR, Mikey, Chris, Robert and Tamika, all of whom are musically inclined. His bandmate Chris was even nominated for a JUNO award for his Gospel singing.
  • THE MORRISON FAMILY (Mississauga, ON) – The youngest player in the Morrison family, her daughter Donae, is a prominent TikToker with over 3 million followers.
  • THE RAMBALLY FAMILY (Saskatoon, SK) – The Rambally family consists of Ian, Leela, Phil, Camille and Cheryl. This family loves attending the annual Cariwest – Edmonton Caribbean Festival.
  • THE SELK FAMILY (Okotoks, AB) – The Selk family has a tradition of hunting the perfect Christmas tree in the mountains. Captain Levi is joined by his sister Kyla, father Jordi, brother-in-law Adam, and sister-in-law Lara.
  • THE WASHINGTON FAMILY (Haida Gwaii, BC) – The Washingtons are a family of half-siblings – Neena, Derek, Heather, Melissa and their father Arthur. They are united as a family but are scattered by distance and have only ever been together as a group twice.


Family Feud is one of the oldest and highest rated game shows watched by audiences around the world. First introduced in the United States in 1976, the popular game show has been picked up in 71 international markets to date, including the United Kingdom, Australia, France, India, Indonesia and the United States.
