OTTAWA – Canada’s federal government admits to secretly spying on its citizens’ movements during the Covid-19 curfew by tracking up to 33 million cell phones.

“Public Health Canada (PHAC) is spying on devices to access public response during the Covid-19 curfew,” the agency said last week, confirming its report by internet publication Blacklock’s Reporter 2021).

According to Statistics Canada, the country has 38 million inhabitants.
