Campbell made 23 saves. She made eight saves in the first period, eight times in the second period and seven times in the third period. Canadian Olympic gold medalist Laura Stacey of Mississauga, Ont., led Montreal with six shots on goal.

Toronto’s scorers were Hannah Miller of North Vancouver, British Columbia, Rebecca Leslie of Ottawa, Ontario, and Canadian Olympian Emma Maltais of Burlington, Ontario. Maltais, Campbell and Stacey won a gold medal for Canada in women’s ice hockey 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing.
