RFU Honorary President Vyacheslav Koloskov has commented on FIFA’s decision to introduce new rules for player rental.
“Such measures are not taken spontaneously. It is clear that behind this lies a serious analysis of what is happening in world football. It’s not about one confederation in particular, but about world football as a whole. Sometimes the clubs only lived on the fact that they rented players or, on the contrary, gave them away. And the players hung like a bargaining chip. This will force the clubs to adopt a more responsible attitude in the formation of the workforce, ”added the interlocutor of the agency.

Sometimes this is justified because a player of a fairly decent level cannot play because there is a player of a higher level at his position. In such a situation, it is clear that it is better for the player to go on loan. I can’t say that there was an orgy with rents in Russia.
