Interac Corp. will equal up to a total of $50,000 in donations to Prosperous Canada festival-goers!
TORONTO, September 19, 2022 /CNW/ – Prosperous Canada is proud to be selected as a charitable partner of Interac Corp. (“Interac”) at the Festival Élévation 2022, which will take place at Toronto, September 20-22. The festival brings together creative thought leaders under one roof to network, learn and create with global innovators. Speakers such as Venus Williams (Tennis Champion, Entrepreneur and Founder), Chris Hadfield (astronaut and elevation co-chair) and Toronto Mayor, John Toryare just a few of the amazing speakers who should be there.
Interac will feature the NFT Art Gallery, which seeks to uplift underrepresented creators in the art community. This year they have also chosen to raise funds for a national charity Prosperous Canadato support initiatives aimed at strengthening the financial confidence and health of low-income Canadians.
Pandemic-related challenges, systemic and institutional barriers, and personal circumstances prevent many vulnerable Canadians who need financial help the most from finding it. Community financial assistance programs, such as those offered by Prosperous Canada and its community partners across the country, help measurably improve the financial capability, confidence and health of low-income people and help them move from poverty to prosperity.

Funds will be raised through interactive installations at the festival, allowing Elevate attendees to simply press their Interac® Debit card or mobile wallet to donate directly to Prosperous Canada.
