Unknown “green and shiny” object reported in Canadian skies

by Tess Hutchinson

During a routine check of a Canadian Army aircraft, the crew reported sighting of some kind of object which illuminated with remarkable power the sunset clouds which began in the sky above the sea.

Later that day, a commercial aircraft reported a similar phenomenon located over the Atlantic coast of the Gulf of St. Lawrence, adding that the light emitted by it was green.

According to reports from Live Science, this presence was seen in the first instance on July 31, 2021, however, the government of Canada talked about the event until mid-August, with the release of a statement that only said that a “bright green flying object flew in a cloud then disappeared”.

Although both sources cite that the the glare power was high, the object did not affect air vehicle operations at any time, the military report said.

Although space fans might believe it to be some kind of alien technology or some kind of event that can identify the presence of intelligent beings from other planets, the reality is that the authorities did not mention anything about it in their announcement, nor give more information on what generated this event.

Stephane Watkins, a military pilot who witnessed one of the sightings, even dared to post the exact coordinates of where he saw the object in question from his personal Twitter account. Twitter. The map released by Watkins shows the planned route for the military plane to fly, as well as the point where the commercial plane was.

It should be noted that this phenomenon coincided with the meteor shower known as “Perseids”, an event that occurs during summer nights in the United States, according to National Geographic in Spanish.

The Canadian military acknowledged the existence of a strange coincidence between the two events in front of the media, arguing that the country had not investigated the subject of the green object in the sky nor tried to confirm if it had a connection with the meteor shower. .
