Ryan Reynolds will not do another musical in his career.

The 46-year-old actor is set to sing and dance in his new movie ‘Spirited,’ and while he’s comfortable with fight scenes in action movies, he admitted he has a lot more badly with the choreography of the festive film from Apple TV+.

Speaking to Big Issue magazine, the ‘Deadpool’ star said: “I’ve been training for a superhero movie since I was 20 and I’m 46 now. It’s second nature for me. Doing a fight sequence is in my bone, I memorize them very quickly.

“I can make a mistake and use that mistake to my advantage in the moment.

“While dancing, if I make a mistake, I completely fall apart. I don’t know if I would [make a musical] Again. I do not think so.

“These are such different disciplines.

“When you haven’t spent your life in a craft like singing and dancing, you’re always catching up.

“Thank goodness we have 15, 20, 30, 50 takes to get it right!”

Although he struggled with his steps, Ryan really enjoyed watching the dancers work on the film.

He said: “I loved watching the dancers and singers who worked on the film. Getting a front row seat for their talent was one of the great privileges of my entire life. And I really mean it. They are often overlooked.

“You’ll find dancers grouped together in the credits of a movie, but they’re the mainstays of storytelling.”

But the Canadian star has teased he might incorporate a musical number into his long-awaited ‘Deadpool’ Christmas special.

He added: “I would love to see a song and a dance number in a ‘Deadpool’ movie.

“Four years ago we wrote a Christmas movie starring Deadpool, but it got lost in the Fox takeover by Disney and it never got made. Maybe one day we we can make this movie.
