Jakarta (ANTARA) – Persita Tangerang coach Widodo C Putro has said his side’s game has improved in Week 2 of La Liga 1 2021 despite losing to Persib Bandung.
“The evaluation of the players has made great progress. In the first half we managed to get out of the pressure. We have to be consistent,” Widodo said at a virtual press conference after the game against Persib , Saturday (11/9) night.

“They didn’t get the second shot. Later when the third game can be played. With the addition of new players, the strength will improve,” Widodo said.
What is clear, Widodo assures that his team will continue to improve and show the best game in the weeks to come.
Meanwhile, Persita player Edo Febriansya ensured that his team struggled as much as possible but could not win in the second game against Maung Bandung.
“These are the conditions on the pitch, sometimes we don’t foresee the situation,” he said, regarding the cause of conceding the two goals.
However, Edo stressed that he will correct the game in Game 3 and so on, as every game he takes will provide new lessons that will make the team more mature.
