French League News: Lille, defending champion, suffered their fourth defeat of the season after being beaten 1-0 in Clermont on Saturday (10/16).
Vital N’Simba scored his first league goal to give Clermont his third win of the season and lift him to 11th place with 13 points. While Lille is ranked 9th with 14 points, 13 points behind the leader Paris Saint-Germain.
