TORONTO, December 8, 2022 /CNW/ – (TSX: CGX) – Cineplex, from Canada leader in entertainment and media, introduces an all-new entertainment destination with the launch of its first Junxion location, Cineplex Junxion Kildonan in Winnipeg, MB. Opening on Friday, the Junxion is a reimagining of Cineplex’s finest customer experience by bringing together movies, gaming entertainment, dining and shows under one roof, offering something for everyone. It opens in time for one of the most anticipated films of the year, Avatar: The Way of the Water.

A one-of-a-kind venue in the world, Junxion spans 35,000 square feet and features six state-of-the-art auditoriums with fully reclining seats, including an UltraAVX auditorium and D-BOX seats. Cineplex Junxion Kildonan also features a 4,100 square foot play area with over 50 fun games, party room, and live entertainment area. Guests can enjoy a variety of popular dining options and indulge in a wide selection of beverages, including premium wines and beers. Located in the popular Kildonan Place shopping centre, the new entertainment venue replaces the Famous Actors Kildonan Place.
Cineplex Junxion Kildonan is the first Junxion site to Canadawith additional locations to follow including Cineplex Junxion Erin Mills (Mississauga, ON), slated to open in the summer of 2023.
