Huron County OPP are investigating a fatal two-vehicle collision in Howick Township.
According to police, emergency crews were called to the intersection of Howick-Turnberry Road and Fordwich Line just after midnight Sunday after receiving a 911 call about a crash.
When emergency services arrived, they found two severely damaged vehicles and determined that a total of three occupants were involved. According to police, both drivers sustained injuries and were transported to local hospitals.
The passenger, a 45-year-old Brockton resident, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Members of the West Region OPP Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement (TIME) team were on scene to assist with the collision investigation.
According to police, the investigation is still ongoing and officials are investigating the cause of the crash.
