Xbox owners can now play Steam PC games through NVIDIA GeForce Now

by Ainsley Ingram

NVIDIA made its GeForce Now streaming service available through the Microsoft Edge browser. This way, Xbox owners will be able to play PC games from Steam on their consoles.

Note that the GeForce Now service offers access to more than 1000 PC games. And thanks to NVIDIA’s next step, the dream of launching PC games on Xbox is getting closer as it now offers easy access to streaming gameplay on the console. Since the basic GeForce Now service is free, users can stream popular PC games like Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, DOTA 2, and League of Legends in 1080p for one hour of session.

It’s important to note that the Edge browser on Xbox also supports mouse and keyboard input. Thanks to this, users will even be able to play some games that do not support the gamepad.
