The symbolic team of the best players of the year includes Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Robert Lewandowski

International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS) on its website published the iconic world team of 2021.
The IFFHS has chosen a 4-3-3 tactical formation for the world team. It included:
goalkeeper – Gianluigi Donnarumma (Italy, “Paris Saint-Germain”);
defenders – Alfonso Davis (Canada, “Bavaria”), Ruben Dias (Portugal, “Manchester City”), Leonardo Bonnucci (Italy, “Juventus”), Ashraf Hakimi (Morocco, PSG);

midfielders – Kevin De Bruyne (Belgium, Manchester City), Lionel Messi (Argentina, PSG), Jorginho (Italy, Chelsea);
forwards – Kilian Mbappé (France, PSG), Robert Lewandowski (Poland, Bayern Munich), Cristiano Ronaldo (Portugal, Manchester United).
Last week, Messi received the Ballon d’Or for 2021 best player according to France Football for the seventh time in his career. Lewandowski took second place in the vote.
