The upcoming Canadian Country Music Association Awards are set to add another wave of country stars and a dash of pop to the lineup.
Organizers say they have finalized the round of acts for the broadcast, including Alberta native Brett Kissel, Quebec singer Matt Lang and band High Valley.
Ontario country singer Sacha will perform her single “Confident” alongside pop singer Tyler Shaw.
They join previously announced artists including six-time nominee Josh Ross, Tenille Townes and Train, as well as brother-sister duo Reklaws, who also host the CCMA Awards.
Other new additions to the show include former winner Carolyn Dawn Johnson, Tyler Joe Miller and social media star Cooper Allen, who will share the stage with Kissel.
The CCMA Awards will air live on CTV on September 16 at 8 p.m.
While Ross has the most nominations, others are close behind. The Reklaws, Townes and Dallas Smith are all five-time contenders, while Shania Twain has two.
