In St. Petersburg, the system of QR codes for access to public places and public events with more than 40 participants is introduced in stages. Since October 30, it has been tested in museums, theaters and at check-in in hotels.
According to the decree of the Governor of St. Petersburg, from November 8, night work in catering establishments, cinemas, circuses, concert halls and other performing arts organizations, entertainment and recreation facilities, water parks and aquariums, zoos, ice rinks and attractions are prohibited. They are only allowed to work until 11:00 p.m. This prohibition also applies to the conduct of physical, cultural, entertainment, congress and exhibition, solemn, leisure and other events.
