Last night, Team Canada lost to Team USA to lose 3-0 at the 2023 World Para Hockey Championships. The Americans finished the round-robin game with a 3-0 record at the top of Group A, while Canada finished second with a 2-1 record. Brody Roybal scored the first goal for the USA after 9:49 of the second period, beating Canadian goalkeeper Dominic Larocque.
Earlier, Italy had moved into second place in Group B with a 3-1 win over Norway.
China improved their record to 3-0 on Wednesday with a 7-0 win over Germany in Group B.
Today is a rest day at the 2023 Para Ice Hockey World Championships before the quarterfinals begin tomorrow.

Over at the golf courses at Hillcrest Golf Clun, Matt Maltais pulled out his driver on the par 4 15th hole, served off the blue tees, took the shot, carried his ball 422 yards and dropped it in the hole for an ace!
In the majors last night, the Brewers leveled their run with the Toronto Blue Jays with a 4-2 win. The Brewers and Jays play the final game of their series at 11:07 this morning.
