The night of ghosts and goblins is nearly here, and many residents in the Kingston area are celebrating with fantastically decorated yards and gardens.
Trick-or-treaters and casual observers alike can share the Halloween spirit at locations across the city and beyond. South Frontenac Township is holding a decorating contest for residents of the Township, and participants will have their decor up through All Hallows Eve.
