MOSCOW, November 14 – RIA Novosti. Russian skeleton athlete Yevgeny Rukosuev won the first stage of the Intercontinental Cup in Whistler (Canada) Rukosuev, in a total of two attempts, achieved a result of 1 minute 47.38 seconds. The second was the American Andrew Blazer (+1.01), the third was the Austrian Alexander Schlintner (+1.02) and the Russian Alena Frolova was sixth in women.
