Show off your BOO-tiful outdoor Halloween display and earn bragging rights for a year through the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury’s Halloween House Decorating Contest!
The Town is encouraging more entries before the deadline this Friday, Oct. 29th at noon.
Residents who took the time to set up spooky or fall displays on their properties can submit two photos of their outdoor fall decorations and ghoulish Halloween creations by emailing communications@townofbwg.com for a chance to win a prize.
Additionally, printed photos may be dropped off at the town’s administrative office at 100 Dissette St. Units 7 & 8.
Mayor Rob Keffer and members of BWG Council will be the judges again this year and will be awarding first, second and third place honours to the homes in Bradford with the best outdoor Halloween/fall decorating displays.
Winning homes will also be featured on all the Town’s social media pages.
All submissions must include full name(s) of the designers, address, and phone number or email.
This contest is for Bradford West Gwillimbury residents only. One entry per address.
The contest winners will be announced on Saturday Oct. 30, and the names of winners will be published on the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury’s website.
First place winners will have their names added to a trophy that will be on public display each October, every year. Second and third place winners will receive a special ribbon that can be incorporated in the winner’s festive décor.
Good luck to all the entries, and remember, when we spread a little “spirit” in our whole community, everyone is a winner!
