Prime Minister Justin Trudeau appears to be a secret Swiftie after he tweeted out superstar Taylor Swift and asked her to bring her Eras tour to Canada.

Swift announced Wednesday that she will add 14 more stops in Europe and the UK to her career-spanning concert series, with special guest Paramore.

There are currently no Canadian dates for Swift’s international tour, which will take her through Mexico, Europe, Asia and Australia next year.

Trudeau responded to Swift’s tweet with paraphrased lyrics from her own songs, posting: “It’s me, hello. I know there are places in Canada that would love to have you there. So don’t make this summer another cruel one. We hope to see you soon.”

Swift’s disrespect for Canada has now reached the House of Commons, with Conservative MP Matt Jeneroux saying last month he would file an “official” complaint “on behalf of all Swifties” in the country.

Neither Swift nor her management have commented on the decision to skip Canada.
