Jet Li allegedly targeted for Chinese government’s blacklist

famous martial arts actor, Jet Li, would be the next target to be blacklisted by the Chinese government. Rumors have circulated after all things Vicki Zhao absent from the Internet.

The rumors came after director Zhou Guogang speculated that Jet Li would be the next star to be blocked by the government. Zhou Guogang is a Chinese director who often uploaded artist gossip to his Douyin account.

He said a number of stars such as Huang Xiaoming and Li Bingbing have deleted their photos with Vicky Zhao from their Weibo accounts. It was called a warning to Jet Li.

However, netizens suspect this is due to business dealings with tycoon Jack Ma, including ownership of shares in Alibaba Pictures Group.

On Sunday (8/29), Vicky Zhao uploaded three photos to her Instagram with a caption implying he was in Beijing. But the message was immediately deleted.

Later, he changed the biographical data on his Instagram to three Chinese words: “Ha ha ha”.
