O Canada opens its borders to Brazilians and the Hi Bonjour agency is organizing a study and career fair for those who wish to plan their professional future in the country.

The Careers Canada event will take place on September 21 and registrations are open on the site..
There will be 15 Canadian universities and colleges present to chat with students, ask questions and present courses. Check out the five main career areas of the event:
- Business: including business, finance and law
- Technology: including Engineering, Technology and Logistics
- Creative: of which Arts, Animation and Design
- Society: including Health, Education and Social Services
- Hobbies: of which Cuisine, Hospitality and Tourism
Those who register for the event will also have access to two bonus workshops on September 15 and October 19. The first will be with Toronto recruiter Cibelly Zedan. The second will be a space to interview experts on visas and immigration.
“Canadian companies are not able to have enough qualified staff at the moment, this is the perfect time for Brazilians to come here. Some of the fields with the most job openings are business and finance, healthcare, information technology, human resources and engineering, ”comments Zedan.
The recruiter also points out that there are common mistakes among those who want to embark on an international career. Number one doesn’t do enough research before making plans.
Scholarships
Event attendees will be able to access study and scholarship information at: British Columbia (Douglas College, Kwantlen Polytechnic University, Langara College, La Salle College Vancouver), Ontario (Centennial College, Conestoga College, George Brown College , Humber College, Fanshawe College, Georgian College, Sault College, Seneca College) Prince Edward Island (University of Prince Edward Island), Quebec (Hermes Colleges Network, La Salle College Montreal ) and New Brunswick (New Brunswick Community College).
In these schools, scholarships can go up to 83,000 reais (approximately 20,000 Canadian dollars).
