Storylines

Canada: The Canadians are riding high after their two-goal win over Jamaica on Friday night. A huge confidence boost for the team as Nichelle Prince scored for the first time since returning from a hamstring injury. Adrianna Leop provided the additional insurance goal and head coach Bev Preistman can once again rely on the duo to secure an Olympic spot on home soil.

Jamaica: The Reggae Girlz face a two-goal deficit heading into Toronto. The team was unable to capitalize on its chances against Canada and only recorded two shots on goal. If Drew Spence and Jody Brown start again with Kadiesia “Bunny” Shaw at the helm, the trio will have to build on their performances from the first game to have a chance.
