Apple Music Cuts Free Trial to One Month

by Edwin Robertson

Jakarta, CNN IndonesiaThe AppleMusic app has cut the free-trial offer period for new users from three months to a month.

Reported by Antara, Saturday (5/12), Apple Music’s free trial period follows the streaming music industry standard with a period of one month, like Spotify.

In fact, the three-month offering period actually helped Apple Music stand out from its competitors.

The Apple Music website also indicates the trial service for new users is only available for one month.

After the expiration date, users must pay US $ 9.99 per month.

The changes take effect in 150 countries Apple Music has served, including Japan, Canada, Australia and the United States.

However, Apple is still offering a six-month free trial for new users of its audio technology, including the AirPods Pro, AirPods 2, AirPods 3, AirPods Max, Beats, and HomePod mini.

Apple says users who are entitled to the six-month free period must have the latest version of iOS or iPadOS.

After that, users can enjoy a free period of Apple Music after activating the product.
