A new attraction is coming to Canada’s Wonderland next year

PRESS RELEASE
CANADA’S WONDERLAND
*************************
Canada’s Wonderland is inviting guests next year to climb aboard a new raft adventure at its 55-acre water park, featuring Moosehorn Falls, a giant zero-gravity waterslide.

This new Splash Works expedition takes up to six guests through a rushing river cascade of twists, turns, and falls before being catapulted to the top of a 13-meter (42-foot) zero-gravity wall. As the rafters climb to the vertical apex in a moment of weightlessness, the current reverses and sends them downstream to a crystal clear pool, where their journey ends with a breathtaking splash.

“We’re excited to offer attractions that our guests can enjoy together, and Moosehorn Falls will be a perfect waterpark adventure for families and friends,” said Phil Liggett, General Manager of Canada’s Wonderland.

Moosehorn Falls is inspired by waterfalls on the Broad River along the Moosehorn Trail in Fundy National Park, NB in the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Fundy Biosphere Region.

“The new waterslide is the park’s newest addition of Canadian-style attractions, venues and events,” said Liggett. “As Canada’s premier amusement park, we want to celebrate the best this country has to offer, including its natural diversity and the adventurous spirit of its people.”

Guests who purchase a 2024 Gold Pass will receive unlimited access to Moosehorn Falls and Splash Works next year, as well as unlimited visits to Canada’s Wonderland for the remainder of this year and all four seasons of fun next year.

The 2024 Gold Pass is available now through September 4 for just $99. Early bird buyers who purchase before August 13 will also receive five one-time use Fast Lane Plus Passes.

The Gold Pass includes Halloween Haunt, returning on select nights September 22nd through October 29th, featuring hundreds of monsters, spooky zones, spooky entertainment, and three new mazes: Necropolis, Dark Ride, and Trick or Treat Street. Also included with the Gold Pass, WinterFest begins on select dates beginning November 17 with spectacular lights, live entertainment and immersive holiday fun.
