the fictional movie Danube, by Canadian Denis Villeneuve tops the list of nominees for the 75th Bafta, with eleven nominations. the return returns The attack of the dogs, with eight nominations, and Belfast, with six. The nominees were presented by presenting duo AJ Odudu and Tom Allen.
One of the main awards of the evening, Best British Film, was Belfast, Gucci House, Last night in Soho, 007 – No time to die and Identity. Other nominations also picked up highlights, such as Lady Gaga, Emilia Jones, Benedict Cumberbatch, Leonardo DiCaprio and Will Smith competing in the ‘Best Actress’ and ‘Best Actor’ categories, respectively.
Presented by Rebel Wilson, the Bafta Awards will be presented on March 13 at an event at London’s Royal Albert Hall. See the full list of nominations:
