Company Altos Hornos de México (AHMSA) assured to have fully respected the obligations stipulated in the repair agreementor signed by Alonso Ancira Elizondo and the company, with Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex).
According to the company, as reported by the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV), Ancira Elizondo and AHMSA, provided the necessary documentation to the legal representatives of Pemex, on time, Monday 23 August 2021.
In this sense, he clarified that said documentation contains the formalization of the guarantees offered by the Ancira family, Xavier Autrey and Altos Hornos, in compliance with the provisions of the repair agreement signed with the oil company.

Likewise, on August 25, 2021, the investing public was informed of the revocation of the agreement with the Mining-Metallurgical Alliance by the ceding shareholders.
“Regarding the repair agreement signed by Alonso Ancira Elizondo and Altos Hornos de México (AHMSA) with Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex), the company confirms that the stipulated obligations have been fully met,” he said.

In addition, he clarified that the repair agreement is independent of any private operation between Altos Hornos de México (AHMSA) and Alianza Minero-Metallúrgica.
