The governor said reactivating the Calgary-Manzanillo route was part of starting a good race in Colima state, according to a statement, but she said she would continue to work with the Tourism sector to ensure that the entity has a better connectivitybecause it is one of the main concerns expressed by this union.
“We have been committed from the first moment to make tourism one of the strong pillars of Colima’s economy and it will be so, that’s why we are here today, that’s why we celebrate that we reactivate these visits to the state of Colima and the port of Manzanillo; and of course we will work together so that just like today we celebrate that it is the first, we will soon be celebrating that we have Manzanillo and Colima as a favorite destination for tourists, ”said Vizcaíno Silva.
He explained that although for many years it was thought that the Port of Manzanillo has made tourist development difficult, the opposite is happening, since it also becomes a tourist attraction, in addition to considering that tourist development and the development of the Campaign “They must be taken with the same value and in the same dimension and magnitude that they have as pillars of the economy of our state.”
